Using the site

Read it, share it, quote it in an evaluation, forward it to a colleague or a selection committee. That is what it is for.

Please do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it at a rate that affects other people, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

What is on the site

The pages describe the FieraCore product. They are written to help you evaluate it and they are kept accurate to the best of our knowledge, but they are a description, not a specification and not a warranty.

Anything that would bind us appears in a signed agreement, not on a web page. Where a page describes a capability, the agreement is what determines what you actually receive.

Prices are not published here. Any figure we give you comes from a conversation and applies to that conversation.

Ownership

The text, design, code, images and marks on this site belong to Whammerstone Media LLC, except where something is credited to someone else.

The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License and remain the property of their authors.

You may quote and share pages for the purpose of evaluating the product. You may not republish the site as your own or use our name or marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

The contact form

Send us a real enquiry and we will treat it as one. What happens to what you send is set out in the privacy policy.

Do not send us anything confidential through this form. It is an email path, not a secure channel, and nothing you send through it is covered by a confidentiality agreement unless we have signed one.

Availability

We try to keep the site up. We do not promise it will be, and we may change or remove any of it at any time without notice.

This site carries no service level commitment. A service level commitment for the product, if there is one, lives in the agreement for the product.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it or relying on it.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links out

Where we link to someone else's site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it. A link is not an endorsement.

Where we name a product or a company, that is a statement about what our system connects to. It is not a claim of partnership or endorsement in either direction, and their marks remain theirs.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and the version on the site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
